Cheesecake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 3\\4 Graham Cracker Cumbs
    1\\4 C. Sugar
    1\\3 C. Butter, melted
    2 pkgs. Cream Cheese(8 oz.), softened
    1 1\\3 C. Sweetened Condesed Milk (1 can)
    2 Eggs
    1\\4 C. Flour
    3 tbsp. Lemon Juice
    1 (8 oz.) Sour Cream
Preparation
    Melt butter, add graham crackers crumbs and sugar.
    Mix well. Press into bottom of 9-inch spring dish.
    Combine and beat all other ingredients in large mixing bowl.
    Pour into crumb lined pan. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
    Cool for 1 hour in oven with door open. Serve with strawberries or cherries.
    Serves 10.
