Irish Soda Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. flour
    2/3 c. sugar
    3 tsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1 tsp. salt
    1 1/2 c. currants
    2 beaten eggs
    1 3/4-2c. buttermilk
    2 Tbsp. melted butter
Preparation
    Sift dry ingredients; add currants. Mix eggs, buttermilk and melted butter, then gradually add to dry mixture. Spoon into greased bread loaf pan. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour. Toothpick test for doneness.
