Sand Tarts - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 or 3 sticks margarine
    1/2 c. sugar
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 Tbsp. water
    3 c. flour
    1 1/2 c. chopped nuts
    confectioners sugar
Preparation
    Soften margarine.
    Blend all ingredients by hand.
    Form into fingers.
    Bake on cookie sheet at 300\u00b0 for 30 to 45 minutes.
    Roll in powdered sugar while still hot.
