Zucchini Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

3 c. grated zucchini
3 c. sugar
1 c. walnuts
1 c. corn oil
1 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
4 eggs
3 c. flour
2 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt

Preparation

Mix zucchini, sugar, oil and cinnamon.
Add eggs.
Mix all dry ingredients together, then add to zucchini mixture.
Add walnuts. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 1/2 hours.
