Play Dough - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 c. flour
1 c. salt
4 tsp. cream of tartar
2 Tbsp. oil
2 c. boiling water
food color

Preparation

Mix together first 4 ingredients.
Add boiling water colored with choice of food coloring.
Mix well.
Knead until smooth.
