Hot Rolls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. dry yeast
    1 tsp. sugar
    1/4 c. lukewarm water
    1/4 c. sugar
    1 tsp. salt
    3 Tbsp. oil
    1 c. boiling water
Preparation
    Mix yeast, 1 teaspoon sugar and lukewarm water in measuring cup.
    Mix 1/4 cup sugar, salt, oil and boiling water in large mixing bowl.
    Add 1 egg and yeast mixture.
    Stir in 3 cups flour, add more if needed.
    Cover bowl with plastic wrap and let rise. Make into rolls, let rise again.
    Bake at 450\u00b0 until brown.
    Make 24 rolls or 2 loaves bread.
