Pastie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 refrigerated pie crusts
    3 to 4 potatoes, peeled and parboiled
    1 lb. ground beef
    1/2 onion, thinly sliced
    salt and pepper to taste
    1/4 lb. butter or margarine
Preparation
    Lay out crusts.
    Put ingredients in half of crusts.
    Fold the other half over like a turnover.
    Seal edges with fork.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
