Bucko'S Scalloped Potatoes - cooking recipe

6 medium potatoes
1 can Campbell's Cheddar cheese soup
milk
1 c. shredded Colby Longhorn cheese
Preparation

Peel potatoes and slice as thinly as possible.
Mix the Cheddar cheese soup and milk together.
Layer the cheese/milk mixture and potatoes in a baking dish that has been sprayed with Pam to keep the potatoes from sticking.
Also, sprinkle with salt and pepper as you are layering.
Top with the shredded Colby cheese.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for an hour or until fork-tender.
