Rice Pudding - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 c. rice
    3/4 c. boiling water
    1/2 tsp. salt
    2 egg yolks (save whites)
    cinnamon
    1/2 to 3/4 c. sugar to taste
    1 qt. milk
    3 Tbsp. cornstarch
    nutmeg
    2 egg whites
    1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Add rice to boiling water and cook until tender.
    To cooked rice, add salt and vanilla.
    Combine milk and cornstarch together, then add to mixture.
    Add beaten egg yolks and cook until mixture thickens.
    Remove from heat and cool slightly.
    Beat egg whites until stiff; fold into mixture.
    Sprinkle with nutmeg and cinnamon.
