Banana Cake(3 Layers) - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 1/4 c. sifted flour
1 2/3 c. sugar
1 1/4 tsp. baking powder
1 1/4 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
2/3 c. evaporated milk
4 tsp. lemon juice
2/3 c. butter, softened
1 1/4 c. mashed ripe bananas (4 large bananas)
3 eggs
Preparation

Grease and flour 3 (8-inch) cake pans.
Sift flour, sugar, baking powder, soda and salt together in large bowl or mixer.
Mix evaporated milk with lemon juice.
Add alternately to dry ingredients with butter and bananas.
Beat at medium speed for 2 minutes.
Add eggs and beat 2 minutes.
