Country Chicken 'N Biscuits - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 slices bacon, fried crisp and crumbled
    2 1/2 c. cubed, cooked chicken
    1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen mixed vegetables, cooked and drained
    1 c. chopped tomatoes
    1 1/2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    3/4 c. milk
    1 1/2 c. biscuit mix
    2/3 c. milk
    2.8 oz. can Durkee French fried onion rings
Preparation
    In a greased 8 x 12-inch baking dish, combine the first 4 ingredients and 1 cup of cheese.
    Blend soup and 3/4 cup of milk. Pour over casserole.
    Bake, uncovered, at 400\u00b0 for 15 minutes.
