Mushroom Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 (13 1/2 oz.) cans chicken broth
    1 1/2 lb. fresh mushrooms (1/2 sliced and 1/2 whole)
    3 (4.5 oz.) pkg. Boursin or Rodelle garlic and herbed cheese
    handful dried mushrooms (optional)
Preparation
    Soak dried mushrooms in 1 can of chicken broth for a few hours if you decide to use them.
    Later simmer this combination with half of the fresh whole mushrooms for 10 minutes.
    Pour into blender or food processor and puree with the cheese.
    Set aside.
    Slice remaining mushrooms and simmer 10 minutes in the saucepan.
    Pour blender mixture in.
    Stir and heat gently and serve.
