Potato Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 bunch celery, chopped
    1 1/2 lb. ground beef
    2 medium onions, chopped
    1 stick margarine
    2 qt. water
    1 can evaporated milk
    salt and pepper to taste
    1 c. instant potatoes
    5 lb. potatoes
Preparation
    In 2 quarts water in a large pan, crumble in raw hamburger. Add celery and onions; bring to simmer.
    Peel and cube potatoes. Add to the pot.
    Cook until potatoes are tender.
    Add margarine and milk; cook 10 minutes.
    Stir in instant potatoes.
    Salt and pepper to taste.
