Lemon Tenderloin And Vegetables - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (2 1/2 to 3 lb.) pork tenderloin
    6 potatoes, peeled and quartered
    6 to 8 carrots, peeled, split and halved
    4 to 6 onions, peeled and quartered*
    1 1/2 c. lemon juice (more as needed)
    1/2 c. Moore's sauce (substitute your choice)
    1 tsp. paprika
    1 tsp. pepper to taste
    1 tsp. garlic powder to taste
