Ham Strada - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    12 slices bread
    3/4 lb. cheese (Swiss, Muenster or Cheddar)
    1 (11 oz.) pkg. broccoli, cooked and drained
    2 c. ham (cooked), cubed or sliced thinly
    6 eggs, beaten lightly
    3 1/2 c. milk
    2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. dry mustard
Preparation
    Cut crusts from bread and slice in thin strips.
    Line a buttered 13 x 9-inch
    pan
    with bread.
    Place cheese, broccoli and ham in layers.
    Combine
    eggs, milk, mustard and salt; mix well. Pour over top
    of
    casserole.
    Refrigerate
    6
    hours or overnight. Bake at 325\u00b0 for 1 hour.
    Let set 8 to 10 minutes. Serves 12.
