Lo-Cal Dish - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 medium cabbage, shredded
1 lb. hamburger meat
1 onion, chopped
1/2 c. uncooked rice
1 can tomato soup
1 can water
Preparation

Place cabbage in greased baking dish.
Brown hamburger with onion.
Stir in uncooked rice.
Place meat and rice mixture on cabbage, then cover with soup and water.
Cover with foil and bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
This dish is low calorie, yet filling.
