Angel Biscuits - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 c. flour
    3 Tbsp. sugar
    5 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 tsp. baking soda
    1 pkg. yeast, dissolved in 1/2 c. warm water
    3/4 c. shortening
    2 c. buttermilk
Preparation
    Dissolve yeast in water.
    Mix flour and other dry ingredients together and cut in shortening.
    Add yeast and buttermilk. Lightly flour board and knead slightly.
    Cut biscuits and fold. Let rise at room temperature.
    Bake at 425\u00b0 for 15 minutes.
    Brush with melted butter.
    (Can be kept in refrigerator to bake later.)
