Mozzarella Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. milk
    1 egg, beaten
    1 c. seasoned bread crumbs
    2 Tbsp. margarine
    2 to 3 lb. boneless, skinless chicken breasts
    1 can mushrooms per lb. of chicken
    12 to 16 oz. Mozzarella cheese, grated
    1 bunch scallions, chopped
    1 can chicken broth
Preparation
    Soak chicken in milk; dip in egg and bread crumbs.
    Brown in hot margarine.
    Cut into bite-size pieces.
    Layer in large casserole dish with mushrooms, Mozzarella and scallions.
    End with Mozzarella on top.
    Pour chicken broth over all.
    Bake uncovered at 350\u00b0 for 50 minutes.
    Good with rice pilaf or other seasoned rice.
    Serves 6.
