Rum Walnut Torte - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    12 eggs, separated
    12 Tbsp. ground walnuts
    2 whiskey jiggers rum
    12 heaping Tbsp. graham cracker crumbs
    12 Tbsp. powdered sugar
Preparation
    Beat egg yolks until light and lemon colored.
    Add sugar and beat well about 15 minutes.
    Beat egg whites until stiff peaks form.
    Fold in egg yolks gently.
    Fold in nuts and crumbs alternately, a tablespoon at a time, gently.
    Bake in 3 greased and floured 9-inch spring-form pans for 45 minutes to 1 hour at 350\u00b0. Cool.
