Baked Oatmeal - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. oil
1 c. brown sugar
2 eggs
3 c. quick cook oatmeal
2 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. salt
1 c. milk
2 tsp. vanilla
Preparation

Mix sugar, eggs and oil.
Add rest of ingredients.
Mix well. Serve with cinnamon, milk or butter.
Can add raisins or coconut. (May use less sugar.)
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes in an 8 x 8-inch or 7 x 9-inch pan.
One and one-half recipe fills a 9 x 12-inch pan.
Keeps well in refrigerator and reheat in microwave.
Makes 4 to 6 servings.
