Marinated Mushrooms - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/3 c. red wine vinegar
    1/3 c. olive oil
    1 small onion, sliced thin
    1 tsp. salt
    2 tsp. dried parsley
    1 tsp. prepared mustard
    1 Tbsp. brown sugar
Preparation
    In a small saucepan, combine all ingredients.
    Bring to a boil for 5 to 6 minutes.
    Cool; chill for several hours.
    Serve with favorite meat or as a relish garnish.
