Squash Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 or 3 small squash, sliced
    3 Tbsp. cut up onion
    3 eggs, beaten with fork
    1/2 tsp. Tabasco sauce or green chile
    2 Tbsp. parsley flakes
    salt and pepper
    1/2 c. melted oleo
    2 c. cracker crumbs
Preparation
    Mix
    onion,
    beaten
    eggs and seasonings together.
    Add squash,
    boiled
    for 5 minutes or until tender.
    Grease casserole dish
    with oleo; mix oleo and crackers in separate bowl. Sprinkle buttered
    crumbs
    on top.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 40 minutes until brown.
