No-Beat Popovers - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 eggs
1 c. milk
1 c. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
Preparation

Beat eggs into bowl; add milk, flour and salt.
Mix well with spoon (disregard lumps).
Fill very well-greased muffin pans 3/4 full.
Put in cold oven.
Set control to 450\u00b0.
Turn on heat.
Bake 30 minutes.
Makes 11 good-size popovers.
Don't peek!
(The secret is starting with a cold oven and not opening the oven for a full 30 minutes.)
