Chocolate Angel Food Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 angel food cake
1 pt. whipping cream
1/2 c. sugar
6 Tbsp. cocoa
Preparation

Slice off one-half inch of the top of cake and set aside.
Whip the cream, gradually adding sugar, then cocoa.
Hollow out cake, leaving an inch on sides and bottom.
Fill cavity with cream mixture.
Place piece back on top of cake and ice with the remaining cream.
Pecan meats may be added to the part in the cavity filling.
