Fried Wild Turkey - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    breast of turkey (wild or domestic)
    salt and pepper to taste
    2 1/2 c. or more buttermilk
    2 c. vegetable oil
    flour
Preparation
    Slice turkey breast
    in 1/4-inch thick slices or thicker, if desired.
    Salt and pepper to taste.
    Soak turkey slices in buttermilk for 2
    or
    3
    minutes.
    While turkey is soaking, heat vegetable oil in frying pan.
    Roll turkey in flour.
    Drop in heated
    oil
    (327\u00b0)
    and
    fry until golden brown.
    (Do not overcook.) Drain on paper towel.
