Slaw - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large head cabbage
    1 stalk celery
    1 c. vinegar
    1 tsp. celery seed
    1 mango
    2 c. sugar
    1/2 c. water
    1 tsp. mustard seed
Preparation
    Mix dressing together; simmer for 15 minutes.
    Put a tablespoon of salt on the chopped cabbage and let stand for 1 hour.
    Squeeze juice out of cabbage.
    Add chopped celery and mango.
    Pour lukewarm dressing over cabbage, mango and celery.
