German Caramel Bars - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (18 1/2 oz.) box German chocolate cake mix
    1/2 c. evaporated milk
    2/3 c. salad oil
    1 (10 oz.) pkg. caramel candy
    1/3 c. evaporated milk
    1 c. chocolate chips
    1 c. chopped pecans
Preparation
    Combine cake mix, 1/2 cup evaporated milk and oil.
    Blend well and spread 1/2 in lightly greased 9 x 13-inch pan.
    Bake 6 minutes in a preheated 350\u00b0 oven.
