Braised Pork Chops - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 thick pork chops
1 sliced onion
1 tsp. garlic powder
1 tsp. Lawry's seasoning
1 Tbsp. oil
2 carrots, cut up
2 potatoes, quartered
barbecue sauce
Preparation

Fry pork chops in oil.
Brown on both sides.
Add onion, garlic powder, seasoning and enough water to cover bottom of pan to 1/2-inch.
Cover and simmer slowly for 10 minutes.
Add carrots and potatoes.
Simmer until done, adding more water, if needed.
Add barbecue sauce and simmer 5 more minutes.
