Cream Of Crab Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. crab meat
    4 Tbsp. butter
    2 Tbsp. flour
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1 Tbsp. dry mustard
    1 qt. milk
    1 small onion, minced
Preparation
    Pick crab meat.
    Melt butter in pot.
    Remove from heat and blend in flour, salt, pepper and mustard.
    Add milk and return to heat.
    Heat until thickened, stirring constantly.
    Add onion and crab meat.
    Heat on low 15 to 20 minutes.
