Sweet And Sour Chicken - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 egg, beaten
2 1/2 c. chicken, cooked and cut up
1/4 c. cornstarch
2 Tbsp. shortening
1 (13 1/2 oz.) can pineapple chunks, drained (reserve syrup)
1/2 c. vinegar
1/2 c. sugar
1 medium green pepper, cut
1/4 c. water and 2 Tbsp. cornstarch
1 tsp. soy sauce
1 can small carrots, drained
Preparation

Beat egg and add chicken.
Toss until coated.
Sprinkle with 1/4 cup cornstarch and toss until chicken is covered.
