Fresh Fruit Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. warm water
    2 Tbsp. gelatin
    1/2 tsp. lemon extract
    1/2 tsp. grated lemon peel
    1 Tbsp. sugar or 2 tsp. sugar substitute
    1/2 tsp. margarine
    2 Tbsp. graham cracker crumbs
    2 fresh peaches, peeled and sliced
    2 c. sliced strawberries
    2 c. fresh blueberries
Preparation
    Dissolve gelatin in warm water.
    Stir in lemon extract, lemon peel and sugar.
    Set aside.
    Butter a 9-inch pie pan plate. Sprinkle graham cracker crumbs over bottom and sides of plate. Layer sliced peaches in the pie plate.
    Top with 1/3 of gelatin mixture, then strawberries and blueberries.
    Cover with remaining gelatin.
    Refrigerate 2 to 4 hours or until set.
