Simply Super Strawberry Jello - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 (3 oz.) boxes strawberry jello
    1 1/2 c. boiling water
    5 ice cubes
    1 (16 oz.) carton sour cream
    12 to 14 fresh strawberries
Preparation
    Mix up dry jello in a large bowl using hot water and the 5 ice cubes, stirring until ice is dissolved.
    Spoon entire carton of sour cream into jello and whip it in with an electric mixer until smooth.
    Jello will be a pink and white speckled color.
    Pour mixture into 8-inch square or round pan, then chill.
    Wash and hull the berries and slice in half.
    When jello is completely firm, place berries, cut side down, on top and serve.
