Velveeta Fudge - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 lb. Velveeta cheese, cubed
    1 c. (2 sticks) margarine
    6 sq. unsweetened chocolate
    2 Tbsp. light corn syrup
    2 lb. sifted powdered sugar
    1 1/2 c. chopped pecans
    1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    In a heavy saucepan, heat cheese, chocolate and corn syrup together over medium to low heat.
    Stir constantly until mixture becomes very hot and all is melted and well blended.
    Remove from heat and use electric mixer to gradually add powdered sugar. After all sugar is added, continue to beat until smooth.
    Add nuts and vanilla.
    Pour mixture into a greased 9 x 13-inch pan.
    Smooth surface with spatula.
    Cover and refrigerate until serving.
    Cut into small squares.
    Very rich and delicious.
