Oatmeal Cookies - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/4 c. unsifted flour
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1 c. butter or oleo, softened
    1/4 c. granulated sugar
    3/4 c. light brown sugar, packed firm
    1 pkg. instant vanilla pudding (4 serving size)
    2 eggs
    3 1/4 c. quick oats
    1 c. raisins (optional)
Preparation
    Mix flour and baking soda.
    Combine butter, sugar and pudding in large mixing bowl until creamy.
    Beat eggs and add.
    Gradually add flour and baking soda mixture, then stir in oats and raisins. (Batter will be stiff.)
    Drop by rounded teaspoon onto slightly greased baking sheet, about 2 inches apart.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 for 10 to 12 mintues.
    Cool on rack.
    Makes about 5 dozen.
