Corn And Sausage Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. breakfast sausage
4 eggs
3 Tbsp. chopped green pepper
2 Tbsp. chopped onion
2 Tbsp. chopped celery
2 cans cream-style corn
1 pkg. saltine crackers
salt and pepper
Preparation

Fry sausage and crumble.
Beat eggs in casserole.
Saute green pepper, onion and celery in a little margarine until transparent and tender.
Add salt and pepper.
Crumble in saltine crackers. Add corn and milk (enough to make it soupy).
Add sausage and mix well.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for about 1 1/2 to 2 hours.
