Broccoli Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 boxes frozen chopped broccoli
    1 can celery or mushroom soup
    1/2 c. mayonnaise
    1 small chopped onion
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1 egg, slightly beaten
    1/2 c. grated cheese
    salt and pepper
    1/2 stick butter
Preparation
    Cook broccoli by directions on box.
    Drain.
    Make sauce of soup, onion, mayonnaise, lemon juice and egg.
    Layer baking dish with broccoli.
    Cover with sauce and repeat layers.
    Top with cheese and crackers.
    Add melted butter on top if desired.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 for 20 to 25 minutes.
