Pie Crust - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. all-purpose flour
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 c. butter
    1/4 c. cooking oil
    3 to 4 Tbsp. cold water
Preparation
    Sift flour and salt together into a bowl.
    Blend cooking oil and butter.
    Cut in with pastry blender until well blended. Sprinkle water over mixture and form into a ball, press firmly. Roll out dough between 2 pieces of waxed paper.
    Peel off paper. Use for pastry.
