Ricotta Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 pie shell
1 lb. Ricotta
3/4 c. sugar
4 eggs
1 1/3 tsp. vanilla
3/4 Tbsp. flour
1/2 c. heavy cream
pinch of salt
Preparation
-
Mix all ingredients and pour into pie shell.
Preheat oven at 350\u00b0.
Cook for 10 minutes.
Lower heat to 325\u00b0.
Continue baking for 50 minutes.
