Ricotta Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pie shell
    1 lb. Ricotta
    3/4 c. sugar
    4 eggs
    1 1/3 tsp. vanilla
    3/4 Tbsp. flour
    1/2 c. heavy cream
    pinch of salt
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients and pour into pie shell.
    Preheat oven at 350\u00b0.
    Cook for 10 minutes.
    Lower heat to 325\u00b0.
    Continue baking for 50 minutes.
