Chicken Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 chicken
    1 small onion
    3 Tbsp. butter
    4 tsp. flour
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    2 c. chicken broth
    1 c. frozen mixed vegetables
Preparation
    Barely cover chicken with water.
    With lid on, simmer until tender.
    Drain the liquid and save for later use.
    Bone the chicken.
    Saute one small onion, minced in 3 tablespoons butter, stirring until smooth.
    Gradually add 2 cups broth.
    Bring to a boil slowly.
    Add 1 cup frozen mixed vegetables or any vegetable you prefer.
    Add 1 can cream of chicken soup (undiluted) and chicken.
    Pour into pie crust.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 35 minutes or until golden brown.
