Frosted Cauliflower(Microwave) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 medium size head cauliflower, trimmed (1 1/2 lb.)
    2 Tbsp. water
    3/4 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
    1/2 c. mayonnaise
    2 tsp. prepared coarse grain mustard
    1/4 tsp. each salt and paprika
Preparation
    Cut off stem leaving cauliflower whole.
    Put water in a deep 1 1/2
    quart
    microwavesafe casserole.
    Add cauliflower, stem
    side down;
    cover
    with
    lid
    or
    vented
    plastic
    wrap. Microwave on High 5 to 6 minutes, rotating dish 1/4 turn once, just until cauliflower is tender.
    Do not overcook.
