Elvis' Favorite Hamburgers - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. freshly ground sirloin (never frozen)
1/4 c. chopped mushrooms
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp. brown sugar
1/2 c. beef bouillon
1 tsp. salt substitute
Preparation

Lightly mix all together with fork.
Make 4 thick burgers, handling as little as possible.
Grill over charcoal or on electric grill (can be broiled or fried, but grilled was always first choice).
Turn only once.
Do not flatten, as this will remove juices.
Serve on buttered toasted split buns.
Was served with Pepsi.
