Sweet Potato Souffle - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. mashed sweet potatoes (3 or 4 big potatoes)
    3/4 c. sugar
    1/2 c. milk
    2 eggs, beaten
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1/2 c. all-purpose flour
    1 c. brown sugar
    1 c. chopped pecans
    1/4 c. margarine
Preparation
    Beat together sweet potatoes, sugar, milk, eggs, salt, vanilla and cinnamon; mix until soupy.
    Pour into 1 1/2-quart casserole dish.
    Mix together flour, brown sugar, pecans and butter.
    Spread over potatoes and bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes or until topping is almost hard.
