Meaty Stuffed Potatoes - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 medium baked potatoes
1 1/2 c. cubed cooked beef or ham
1/4 c. sliced green onions
1/2 c. sour cream
3 Tbsp. milk
1/4 tsp. garlic powder
1/4 tsp. salt and pepper
1/4 c. shredded cheese (any kind)
Preparation

Wash potatoes. Prick with fork.
Bake at 425\u00b0 for 50 to 60 minutes or until potatoes are tender.
Let cool.
When cool enough to handle, slice off tops of potatoes.
Spoon out center, leaving 1/4-inch thick shells.
Mash the potato centers.
