Tex-Mex Dip - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 medium ripe avocados
2 Tbsp. lemon juice
1/2 tsp. salt
2 cans (10 1/2 oz.) bean dip
1 c. sour cream
1 c. mayonnaise
1 pkg. taco seasoning mix
1 c. chopped green onions
3 medium tomatoes, chopped and seeded
1 (7 oz.) can ripe olives, chipped
3 c. grated Cheddar cheese
Preparation

Avocados, lemon juice and salt (process in food processor until smooth).
