Microwave Green Beans With Bacon Dressing - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 slices bacon
    2 eggs, well beaten
    1/4 c. cider vinegar
    3 Tbsp. sugar
    1/8 tsp. salt
    2 (16 oz.) cans cut green beans
    1/3 c. water
Preparation
    Microcook bacon at High 4 minutes, or until crisp.
    Set aside; reserve 3 tablespoons drippings.
    In small deep bowl, beat eggs with vinegar, water, sugar and salt.
    Add drippings; microcook at High, uncovered, 3 minutes or until thickened, beating with wire whisk twice during cooking.
    (Sauce will curdle if not whipped vigorously.)
    Place drained beans in casserole; cover and microcook at High 2 minutes, or until hot.
    Arrange in serving dish; top with dressing.
    Sprinkle with crumbled bacon.
