Inside Out Ravioli - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef (lean)
    1/2 c. chopped onions
    1 clove garlic, minced
    1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped spinach or fresh, cooked
    1 (8 oz.) can tomato paste
    1/2 tsp. salt (I also add 1 tsp. granulated sugar and Italian spices)
    dash of pepper
    1 (7 oz.) pkg. (2 c.) large shell pasta, cooked and drained
    4 oz. sharp process American cheese, shredded (1 c.)
    1/2 c. seasoned bread crumbs
    2 well beaten eggs
    1/4 c. salad oil
Preparation
    Brown first three ingredients in large skillet.
    Cook spinach using directions; drain reserving liquid.
    Add water to make 1 cup.
    Add spinach liquid and next 5 ingredients to meat mixture. Simmer 20 minutes.
    Combine spinach with pasta and remaining ingredients.
    Spread in 13 x 9 x 2-inch baking dish.
    Top with meat sauce.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes, covered.
    Let stand for 10 minutes.
    Serves 8 to 10 people.
