Fresh Apple Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 c. all-purpose flour (plain)
2 c. sugar
1 tsp. soda
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
1/2 tsp. salt
4 c. raw apples, chopped with peeling on
1 c. chopped pecans
1 1/2 c. oil
3 eggs, beaten
powdered sugar
water or lemon juice
Preparation

In a large mixing bowl, sift together flour, sugar, soda, cinnamon, nutmeg and salt. Blend together eggs and oil. Add to dry ingredients. Then mixing with your hands, add in apples and nuts. Pour into tube or Bundt cake pan. Bake at 375\u00b0 for 1 hour plus 5 to 10 minutes.
