Almond Broccoli Chicken - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 oz. butter
1 tsp. chopped garlic
1/8 tsp. celery salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
2 to 3 oz. dry white wine
10 to 12 oz. boneless chicken breast, cut into cubes
2 c. bite-size broccoli
1 scant c. heavy or light cream
6 oz. cooked fettucini
2 Tbsp. each grated Parmesan and grated Romano, combined
2 oz. toasted slivered almonds
Preparation

Heat butter in skillet.
Add garlic, seasonings, and wine. Add chicken and cook until chicken turns white.
Add broccoli and continue to stir until it softens.
Add cream and reduce heat slightly until cream begins to thicken.
Add fettucini and 3/4 of cheeses; toss lightly.
Serve topped with remaining cheeses and almonds.
Serves 2 to 3.
