Leftover Fish Puffs - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. cooked salmon or halibut, crumbled
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
    2 tsp. onion, finely chopped
    1 clove garlic, crushed
    1/4 c. Cheddar cheese, grated
    1 Tbsp. cornstarch
    2 Tbsp. cold water
    8 egg roll wrappers
Preparation
    Mix fish with cream cheese, onion, garlic and grated cheese. In a separate bowl, mix water and cornstarch to make a sealing paste.
    Fill each egg roll wrapper with an appropriate amount of the fish and cheese mixture and fold over, sealing with the cornstarch paste.
