Sunday Sandwich - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 slices buttered bread per person
    mayo
    1 egg, beaten with milk (this is enough for 2)
    1 slice processed cheese
    sliced tomatoes
Preparation
    Spread mayo on each slice of bread; add cheese slice and top with tomatoes.
    Sprinkle with salt and pepper.
    Put top slice of bread on; beat egg with milk and pour it onto a large plate.
    Dip both sides of sandwich into egg mixture; cook both sides on buttered grill until cheese melts.
    Serve with relish.
